By audition, our company is made up of dancers at the highest skill level across all ages. The company trains, performs and competes throughout the year
We offer multiple options for Company at K&D south. Each have different requirements and commitment levels.

Performance Team
Our performance team is for ages 6-12 for dancers who would like multiple opportunities to perform and compete throughout the season. They will have 4-5 performances per year at local venues and participate in 1 competition. These dancers are encouraged, but not required to take PREP level classes.

Prep Team
Our prep team is for ages 7-18 for dancers who would like multiple opportunities to perform and compete throughout the season. They will have 4-5 performances per year at local venues and participate in 2 competitions as well as one convention. These dancers are required to take PREP level classes.

Competition Team
Our competition team is for ages 7-18, and they perform and compete throughout the season as well as attend conventions. We recommend that dancers take at least one year of ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and technique before auditioning for the competition team.
